Party FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions:
What time can we arrive? – You can arrive 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled time.
What do we need to bring? – You provide the food and drink (no alcohol is permitted on the premises), tableware, and decorations/tablecloths if you desire.
Can we bring in our own decorations? – Yes, you may bring things in like banners, signs, etc. to decorate with. Please use the blue painter tape if you want to attach something to the walls. Pinatas are allowed (just ask our instructors where to hang them), and you can bring in your own balloons too if you like. We do sell balloons for $2.00 each, or 6 for $10, and these are best ordered ahead of time.
Are we the only group in the gym? – Your party has exclusive use of the gym area during your gym hour (up and down – 5 yrs and younger only for upstairs), and also exclusive use of the party room for the 45 minute party time. There may be other persons in the building at the time, but they do not interfere with your party.
Can adults participate in the gym time, i.e. use the equipment? – We’re sorry, but only those aged 19 and younger may be on any of the gym equipment such as trampolines, beams, etc. Adults may be out in the gym area watching, but cannot go on the equipment.
Can we extend our party time? – All parties are 1 hour in the gym followed by 45 minutes in the party room. If you wish to have more gym time you can purchase 2 party packages but this must be done ahead of time for scheduling purposes.
Can we have multiple birthday children? – We do allow for multiple birthday children, but there may be an additional charge for extra birthday T-shirts.
Can you accommodate those with disabilities? – Yes, we make every effort to ensure that all persons are able to enjoy the party! We have an elevator on site as well.
